Our initial consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where well chat through your needs, ideas and any questions you have. Whether your just starting to plan or feeling overwhelmed in the thick of it , id love to walk alongside you and help bring it all together

Timeline creation

A solid timeline= a smooth ,stress-free wedding day.

Ill work with you to build a customized , detailed timeline that covers every part of your day. This keeps everyone (vendors, wedding party and even uncle Joe) on the same page so things flow without a hitch.

Vendor communication

Your bring the vision , ill handle the back and forth.

From confirming arrival times to making sure everyone's on the same page, Ill take vendor communications off your plate so you can focus on the fun stuff. Ill be the main point of contact leading up to the big day and especially the day of so your not fielding calls or answering texts in your wedding dress.

Full event day coordination

Soak up every second of your wedding day-ill handle the rest.

Youve planned the details, chosen the vendors, and dreamed up the vibe, now its time to hand it off so you can actually enjoy it. With full event day coordination, I step in before the big day to learn all your plans and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Coordination of the rehearsal (if applicable)

Lets make sure everyone knows where to stand and when to walk.

Your rehearsal is the perfect chance to get the nerves out, walk through the ceremony and make sure your wedding party feels confident and ready. Ill be there to guide everyone through the flow of the ceremony so things feels smooth organized and relaxed on the big day.

Final Venue Walk Though

Bringing the vision to life-one last look before the big day.

about 2-4 weeks before your wedding, we'll meet at the venue to walk through the entire setup together. This is our chance to finalize details ask questions and make sure everything is perfectly aligned with your vision
